LEAD PASTOR- Ryan Scott Carrell
One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that no one—no matter their role or title—is immune to the need for belonging. Even as a pastor, I’ve found myself searching for a place where I can just be, a community that reminds me I’m not alone in this journey of faith, life, and everything in between.
Southeast has become that place for me, my wife, and our two girls. It’s not just a church I lead; it’s a family we’re a part of. It’s a space where we’ve experienced grace, connection, and the kind of love that doesn’t ask you to have it all together. See, too often churches say they welcome everyone but there end up being all kinds of hurdles and asterisks. When we say everyone belongs, we mean everyone.
So if you’re out there and not sure about church, let me say this: I get it. Maybe you’re skeptical, burned out, or just don’t know where you’d even start. Wherever you’re at, I just want you to know that you don’t have to figure it all out before you walk through the doors.
At Southeast, you can come as you are, ask the hard questions, and take things one step at a time. You don’t have to do it alone. There’s a whole bunch of us to welcome you home.
If you're still not sure, send me a message. I'd love to connect and talk to you about our community.
Blessings,
Ryan
